This policy applies to products purchased from the website wizsports.com.au

- We are entitled to replacement/refunds/store credit when the item(s) are faulty or the delivered item(s) are different to what you have ordered.
- Change of minds are not entertained, but if you are not happy with the product quality, we can exchange it. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find that one of our products is faulty or we have not delivered what you ordered, you can return these products and opt for a replacement (if available), credit or refund. You will need to provide proof of purchase (which may include the invoice, credit card statement or other payment statement) at the time of making the return.
