What if the ordered product is faulty?

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, one with a manufacturing defect, or one that differs from your order, you are eligible for a refund or replacement upon returning the goods to us. If you find yourself in the aforementioned situation, please contact us at admin@wizsports.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the package.

In case of exchange of products, the new item will not be shipped out, until the original item has been received by Wiz Sports.

When returning your item for exchange or return please ensure you can provide proof of delivery that the item has been received.  We recommend sending it with Australia Post registered mail or a reliable courier service with Signature on Delivery. If you do not have proof of delivery and you will be unable to hold Wiz Sports liable for your loss. You will not be able to dispute delivery with Wiz Sports unless you can provide proof of delivery via Registered mail or Signature on Delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. But saying that, if the order is not shipped/booked from Wiz Sports premises, we will entertain exchanges/refunds. Customer needs to contact us immediately for the same at admin@wizsports.com.au.

In case the order(s) is out for shipment, we wont be able to cancel it and Customer needs to return the order once received. Customer will be bearing the shipping charges both ways for change of mind scenarios.

Cancellation policy for debit/credit card payments

In the event that there is a cancellation of your order (for change of mind, incorrect selection of product or external circumstances beyond our control) you (the customer) will be charged:

Domestic card transactions: 2% of the transaction fee

International card transactions: 4.5% of the transaction fee

AfterPay/ZipPay: 6% of the transaction fee

Wiz Sports is charged cancellation fee of the total transaction value by these (credit/debit cards and Zip/AfterPay) service providers.  

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world.

But the dynamic shipping cost can not be calculated at checkout. So, Please contact us for shipping charges and our friendly staff can help creating a custom order for you.

What is the Return policy?

Consumer Guarantees

 Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only instead of a refund.

 Under the consumer guarantees, you are not entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if:

  • you simply changed your mind, found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided you didn't like the purchase or had no use for it. However, please check ‘Change of mind returns’ section below to see if it applies to you.
  • the problem with the product was caused by improper, misuse or neglect.
  • you knew of or were made aware of the problem with the product before you purchased it (but you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a different problem with the product that wasn’t made clear to you before you decided to purchase).
  • you asked for a service to be done in a particular way against the advice of Wiz Sports.

Faulty product returns

  • At Wiz Sports, we aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received a product with a defect, please contact us no later than 48 hours so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. 
  • To assist the return process, you may be required to send us images of the damage, defect or fault for preliminary assessment. You may be asked to provide further information to support your claim to assist us with our assessment of the goods.
  • If the product is confirmed to have a defect, we will replace or repair the product (if repair is reasonably possible) or refund the price of the product to your original payment method, as appropriate. 
  • If the product is confirmed to have a major defect, you are entitled to elect whether you want us to replace or repair (if repair is reasonably possible) the product or refund the price of the product to your original payment method.
  • If the product is found not to have a defect, deemed out of warranty, or you otherwise do not have a remedy for a failure to comply with the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, we will contact you to determine whether you want us to dispose of the product or return the product to you at your cost.
  • It does not constitute as a defect if in our reasonable opinion a product has become of unacceptable quality following the sale to you due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.

Change of mind returns

We strongly recommend you check relevant size guides prior to making your purchase to avoid any disappointment by ordering incorrect sizes and having to pay any additional costs for returns or exchanges.

  • At Wiz Sports, you have 30 days to return your item (some exclusions apply) for a store credit or exchange (subject to availability) if it is returned in a saleable condition with original proof of purchase and other applicable conditions are met.
  • For any item to be considered in a saleable condition, it must be:
  • All applicable shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If selected exchange item differs in value than the original item, you may either need to pay extra amount in case it costs more than the original item or receive store credit if it is cheaper than the original item less any shipping costs.
  • All gift cards, vouchers or bonus items attached to the purchased products, or all elements of any bundled items, must also be returned with the original purchase. If not, the value of any such unreturned gift card, voucher, bonus or bundled item or utilised portion of any gift card or voucher will be deducted from any store credit.

Please note we will not be able to process any store credits or ship out the new item, until the original item has been received and assessed as acceptable for return by Wiz Sports.

Wiz Sports cannot be held liable for any products that it does not receive, or that it receives which are broken or damaged during handling or transportation of the product sent back by the customer.

Exclusions from change of mind returns

We recommend you choose carefully as we do not offer returns for change of mind on the below exclusions, unless they are subject to Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable law.

  • Any items returned after 30 days of original purchase.
  • Goods not returned in their original and saleable condition, are damaged, or missing parts.
  • Cricket Bats which were knocked-in or match ready for the customer.
  • Any item purchased were either on sale or clearance.
  • All shipping costs related to the original as well as return or exchange items, including any attempted delivery, or any other reason for that matter are excluded.
  • Due to hygiene standards, clothing items such as compressions, socks, abdominal guards and abdominal briefs are excluded.
  • Any custom made orders including clothing or newly purchased cricket bats once they are prepared either by knocking in or undergoing match ready and/or engraving service.
  • For all purchases made through Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) facilities, any applicable merchant fee is non-refundable.
  • Gift vouchers are not refundable and redeemable for cash.
  • At our sole discretion, on rare occasions applicable card transaction fees may not be refunded.
