Currently, Wiz Sports ships within Australia only.

We are actively working on enabling international shipping, which will be introduced in the near future. Once international shipping becomes available, updated policies and delivery options will be published on our website.

We offer two domestic shipping options across Australia:

These shipping rates apply to standard domestic deliveries within Australia.

Important Notes

The above shipping rates do not apply to:

• Bulk orders
• Oversized cricket kit bags
• Cricket nets
• Cricket stumps
• Bowling machines
• Any large or heavy equipment

For these items, shipping charges will be calculated separately based on size, weight, and delivery location.


4. Regional and Remote Area Deliveries

Due to higher carrier costs, the standard shipping rates may not apply to certain regional or remote areas, including:

• Remote areas of Australia
• Certain regional areas of Western Australia (WA)
• Certain areas of the Northern Territory (NT)
• Far-off countryside locations

In such cases:

• Wiz Sports may contact you to confirm any additional shipping charges before dispatching your order.
• Customers will have the option to approve the additional cost or cancel the order.

5. Express Shipping

We offer Express Domestic Shipping to major cities across Australia.

Flat Express Shipping Fee:
$25 per order

Express shipping aims to provide faster delivery times, however delivery speeds may vary depending on:

• Delivery location
• Regional limitations

Due to limited express courier services, delivery timeframes for regional or remote locations may still vary.


6. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within:

Processing times may vary due to:

• High order volumes

• Public holidays
• Seasonal demand

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

Regional Areas:
Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days
