What if the ordered product is faulty?
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, one with a manufacturing defect, or one that differs from your order, you are eligible for a refund or replacement upon returning the goods to us. If you find yourself in the aforementioned situation, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the package.
In case of exchange of products, the new item will not be shipped out, until the original item has been received by Wiz Sports.
When returning your item for exchange or return please ensure you can provide proof of delivery that the item has been received. We recommend sending it with Australia Post registered mail or a reliable courier service with Signature on Delivery. If you do not have proof of delivery and you will be unable to hold Wiz Sports liable for your loss. You will not be able to dispute delivery with Wiz Sports unless you can provide proof of delivery via Registered mail or Signature on Delivery.
Can I cancel my order? or What if I change my mind?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. But saying that, if the order is not shipped/booked from Wiz Sports premises, we will entertain exchanges/refunds. Customer needs to contact us immediately for the same at email@example.com.
In case the order(s) is out for shipment, we wont be able to cancel it and Customer needs to return the order once received. Customer will be bearing the shipping charges both ways for change of mind scenarios.
