The lightweight synthetic upper delivers a secure fit while reinforced protection in high-wear areas enhances durability. An integrated P-GUARD™ toe protector, solid stitched toe bumper, and reinforced toe construction provide excellent resistance against abrasion, making the shoe perfect for the demands of batting, bowling, and fielding.

Underfoot, FLYTEFOAM™ cushioning works alongside rearfoot GEL™ technology to provide lightweight shock absorption and responsive comfort. DUOMAX™ support, TRUSSTIC™ technology, and an external heel counter improve stability during explosive movements, while the two-piece forefoot plate promotes flexibility and natural foot motion.

1. 10-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 10-day unconditional money-back guarantee or exchange on most unused products.

Important conditions:

• You must contact Wiz Sports within 10 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
• The product must be returned in the same condition it was received.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process either:

• A refund, or
• An exchange for another product

2. Products Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, performance, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:

• Cricket bats
• Used products
• Products returned without original packaging
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Cricket bats are handcrafted natural products, and grain structure, minor cosmetic marks, or natural blemishes are not considered defects.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

Contact Wiz Sports within 10 days of receiving the item.
Provide:
- Order number
- Product details
- Reason for return
Wait for confirmation from our support team before sending the product.

Returned items must include:

• Original packaging
• Order details
• Clear instructions for refund or exchange

Returns should be securely packed to avoid damage during shipping.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return postage costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.

Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping unless:

• The product received is faulty, or
• The product was incorrectly supplied by Wiz Sports

In these cases, Wiz Sports will cover the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Wiz Sports cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item:

• Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

If the exchanged product has a price difference, the customer will either:

• Pay the difference, or
• Receive a refund for the price difference.

Actual Shipping cost of the product:

Great bat so far. Just as advertised. Never bought bat online before so was a bit nervous but it’s all good. Was sent quickly but unfortunately Wiz were let down by their couriers (couriersplease). The bat sat in their depot for a week. I eventually drove there and picked it up myself. So yeah, Wiz was great, I look forward to visiting their shop when I’m in Melbourne next.
