Description

The Eye-In™ cricket practice device has combined the age-old practice technique of the cricket ball in one of Mums' old stockings with the golf ball and stump technique used by crickets greatest ever batsman, Sir Donald Bradman.

Using our innovative clip system which allows the user to easily change between cricket ball and golf ball, combined with the quality Eye-In™ training bat, the Eye-In™ will help players of all ages and ability to improve their game.

An extra benefit is the fact that the user can take his Eye-In™ training bat into the nets for technique practice with somebody throwing cricket balls to him.

Due to copyright laws, the rare Bradman footage cannot be displayed on this website. Original footage of the great Don Bradman is contained within the DVD which is included in the Eye-In package.

1. 10-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 10-day unconditional money-back guarantee or exchange on most unused products.

Important conditions:

• You must contact Wiz Sports within 10 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
• The product must be returned in the same condition it was received.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process either:

• A refund, or
• An exchange for another product

2. Products Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, performance, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:

• Cricket bats
• Used products
• Products returned without original packaging
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Cricket bats are handcrafted natural products, and grain structure, minor cosmetic marks, or natural blemishes are not considered defects.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

Contact Wiz Sports within 10 days of receiving the item.
Provide:
- Order number
- Product details
- Reason for return
Wait for confirmation from our support team before sending the product.

Returned items must include:

• Original packaging
• Order details
• Clear instructions for refund or exchange

Returns should be securely packed to avoid damage during shipping.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return postage costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.

Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping unless:

• The product received is faulty, or
• The product was incorrectly supplied by Wiz Sports

In these cases, Wiz Sports will cover the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Wiz Sports cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item:

• Clearly mention the replacement product you want.
• Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

If the exchanged product has a price difference, the customer will either:

• Pay the difference, or
• Receive a refund for the price difference.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

7. Order Cancellations

Actual Shipping cost of the product:

These fees are charged by payment providers and cannot be recovered by Wiz Sports, therefore they will be deducted from the refund.

8. Faulty or Damaged Products

Great bat so far. Just as advertised. Never bought bat online before so was a bit nervous but it’s all good. Was sent quickly but unfortunately Wiz were let down by their couriers (couriersplease). The bat sat in their depot for a week. I eventually drove there and picked it up myself. So yeah, Wiz was great, I look forward to visiting their shop when I’m in Melbourne next.

I previously had a masuri helmet from 2015 which was top of the range, i decided to go with the shrey and the weight difference is unreal, the masuri came in at 1.1kg and the shrey came in at 800g noticeable difference and a better fit to my head.
